As an authorized third-party provider, ShiftPoint will technically be endorsed by the Department of Transportation to act as a third party to conduct a driving skills evaluation for licensing for student drivers who have completed the needed requirements that are enforced by the state of Arizona and ShiftPoint. ShiftPoint is a driving school that prides itself on getting our students completely comfortable with being behind the wheel. We see a wide variety of new drivers, some who get behind the wheel for the first time and it comes naturally, others who get behind the wheel and it is extremely foreign. We welcome both and everyone in between! Our instruction goes in depth, ensuring that no matter your starting point, all of our students reach a certain criteria before they are considered ready for their license. Now, if you're someone who is paying for this and is starting to think that your student's driving lessons are going to be very expensive, let me ease your mind. Milking our customer base is not beneficial in the long run. In fact, if we feel as though your student needs more time behind the wheel with an instructor, we work with budget-friendly options - our job is to help you! We take time to talk to the parents, explaining to them what they can be doing to help their kiddos improve, even if the parents are the ones driving! We always suggest the more practice the better, and we can help parents become comfortable with helping their kids. Additionally, if you need more lessons than what you paid for, we offer the option for additional lessons at a lower cost. But please remember, the cost of this education is worth it; one extra lesson could save your student's life!
